The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors approved a deal for a Community Land Trust in El Mirage to increase homeownership. El Mirage will contribute $1 million from ARPA funds to buy and improve five homes for sale to qualified buyers. The CLT model aims to keep houses affordable by separating land and structure ownership.
